What exactly is Collectibles-Network.com?
Collectibles-Network.com is a virtual shopping mall consisting of many experienced sellers, each with their own store.

How do I create a user account?
The first time that you place an order, you will be asked to create a username and password. After that first order, when ever you come back to the mall your account will be the same. Your account name and password are the same for all stores in the mall and you can login at any store or on the main mall screen.

How do I change my personal account information
After you have logged in at any of the stores or main mall, that same login box will change and contain links to your personal information. The links are "My Profile" and "My Orders". To change your personal account information, Click on the My Profile link, and in the far right of the screen you will see this emblem
, click on it and you will be able to edit your information. Be sure and click on the Save button when you are finished.

How do I see my past orders?
After you have logged in at any of the stores or main mall, that same login box will change and contain links to your personal information. The links are "My Profile" and "My Orders". Click on the link "My Orders". You will see a list of all of your past orders and their status. To view the details of an order, click on the arrow image
at the beginning of that order.

If the order is in waiting_payment status, you will have the option to pay for that order in the detail area.

How do I see the status of my order?

When I check out, how come I don't see the padlock on the lower corner of my screen?
We do not ask for any information that requires an SSL protection. We use only external payment processors and don't take any direct credit cards. All payments are processed by 3rd parties such as Paypal, 2checkout, Google Direct and others. This is a much more secure method of paying on the internet! Some of our sellers do accept direct credit cards and if that is how you want to pay, then you can call them with your credit card information. To find out which sellers do accept credit cards, look on their policy pages for the information and their phone number.

How do I check out?
In either the login box or near the top right corner of the store that you are purchasing items from, you will see the information for your cart. If you have items in that store's shopping cart, there will be links to the cart displayed. Click on it and proceed with check out. You have to check out from each of the stores that you are buying from, but you can go to other stores before checking out and then go back to the ones that you have added items to your cart.

How do I pay for my order?
At check out time, you will have the option to pay for your orders. Each seller will may have different payment options available. Generally at this time, most of them are only accepting Paypal. All of the store owners should have a "Policies" page in their store's navigational link that will specify their own policies.

Can I ship to a different location?

Yes, at check out you will be asked to provide a shipping address if different then the one you created for your default shipping address. After this step, your shipping costs will be determined and listed in your check out process.

How long do my items stay in my shopping cart?

Your shopping cart is emptied after 24 hours.
