How much does it cost to have a store at Collectibles-Network.com?
There are several plans to choose from. All plans include a 1 month free trial.

The lowest cost is $1.00 a month for a 10 item limit store. This store includes almost all of the features that any of the other plans have, except access to the reports and the ability to create news articles and to upload your custimizable files.

All of the rest of the plans include a wide arrange of reports and the ability to upload and use custom programming files to assist in making your store unique.

All plans include predefined templates or the ability to create your own look with either a wysiwyg form or rare htm.

What software do I need to run my store?
There are no software requirements to build and manage your store. Use your web browser and Internet connection. Currently, Collectibles-Network is optimized for the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla/Firefox, Opera, Safari & Konqueror.

How many products does Collectibles-Network support?
Your Collectibles-Network Web Store does have a limit of products, depending on your particular plan. These item limits may be increased as we become more established, but they will never be decreased.

Does Collectibles-Network support Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption?
Not at this time, because we do not actually gather any information that needs to be secruired. We use only external payment processers. Hopefully, this will change with future enhancements.

Can I use my own domain name?
You can point your existing domain name to your Collectibles-Network store through a forwarding option (offered by your domain provider). But one of the future enhancements that is in the works, is full domain names without having to do any messy forwarding or coding.

Can I buy premium position advertising at the main marketplace?
Not at this time.

Does collectibles-networkdo any advertising for our store?
Yes, for each of the monthly promotions that are highlighted on the main marketplace site, we do a paid google ad for appropriate google keywords.

What kind of technical help does collectibles-network provide?
There is a sellers only forum, where we have posted many instructions for managing your store. Plus it is available for all sellers to help each other out. This forum is only available after you have created a store. We are also available via email or private messaging via the forum.

What payment methods do you accept?
For the store subscriptions we currently only accept Paypal and with paypal subscriptions you have to have an account set up with them. We are working on integrating Google checkout, but they do not have a recurring payment option yet, so we haven't figured out the billing for it. For your stores, you have a wide range of payment options to choose from in your store settings. Google Checkout is being worked on and should be ready in a few days.
